  • Device and usage data: device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and how you interact with the Service
  • Offline data: information stored locally on your device when using the Service without an internet connection

Meneja is built with an offline-first architecture. When using the Service without an internet connection:

  • Your data is stored locally on your device and remains under your control
  • You are responsible for the security of your device and any data stored on it during offline use
  • When connectivity is restored, locally stored data synchronizes automatically with our servers

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

  • With trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Service, subject to strict confidentiality agreements
  • When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to respond to lawful requests from public authorities

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.
